These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, services, and digital solutions.   • Scope of Work

    We provide custom website design services using the Weebly platform. The scope of work will be outlined in your selected package or project proposal.

  • Revisions Policy

    You are entitled to the number of revisions listed in your selected package. Revisions are limited to the initial concept and structure. Major structural or content changes after design approval may incur additional charges.

  • Refund Policy

    Our refund policy will not apply under the following conditions:

    • A custom package has been selected.
    • The primary design concept has been approved.
    • Revisions have been requested or made.
    • Cancellation is due to reasons unrelated to Weebly Designs.
    • The company has not been contacted for over two weeks during the project.
    • Company policies have been violated.
    • Another designer or company has been engaged for the same project.
    • The creative brief provided by the client is incomplete or lacks the necessary information.
    • A complete design change is requested after approval of the initial design.
    • The claim is made outside the designated “request for refund” time frame.
    • The client’s business is closing or changing its name.
    • Refund requests due to reasons such as “change of mind” or “disagreement with a partner” are not eligible.
    • For service bundles:

    • If a client is dissatisfied with a specific service, refunds will only apply to that individual service, not the entire bundle.

    Refunds will not be provided after 7 days from the date of purchase or after the design has been approved and sent for development. Once website designs are approved, refunds will not be processed.

    A partial refund (up to 25%) may be granted if the client fails to provide the initial creative brief within 10 days of placing the order.

    Refunds will not be processed after the final delivery of files following client approval.

    Note:Weebly Designsreserves the right to reject any project or cancel the contract at its discretion. In the event of a refund, the client will forfeit any rights to the designs, which will remain the sole property of Weebly Designs. The company retains full ownership of the designs.

  • Claim Your Refund

    To request a refund, please follow these steps:

    Once we receive your refund request, we will review your case and respond as soon as possible. If eligible, we will initiate the refund process.

  • Intellectual Property

    Weebly Designs retains full intellectual property rights to all designs, code, and other materials created during the course of the project, unless explicitly stated otherwise in a written agreement.

  • Ownership Rights

    Upon final payment and delivery, you own the completed website design. We reserve the right to display your project in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

    Any unused concepts, drafts, or preliminary designs remain the sole property of Weebly Designs.

  • Quality Assurance Policy

  • Turnaround Time

    Project timelines will be communicated during onboarding. Delays in client feedback or content submission may extend the project duration.

Whether you need updates, clarification, or guidance, we aim to respond promptly and ensure a smooth experience from start to finish.

  • Communication

    All official communication will be through email addresses ending in Weebly Designsname.com] or numbers listed on our website. We are not responsible for communication outside these channels.

  • Record Keeping

    We keep records of final designs for up to 90 days post-delivery. Retrieving past files may incur an additional fee.

  • Modifications to These Terms and Conditions

    Weebly Designs reserves the right to modify, update, or change these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will become effective immediately upon being posted on our website. It is the client’s responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
